- 1/3 of property of DDX.523/5. (Meadows occ. Edmund Hodge given as 4 acres in extent). Part of Angarrack, and in manor of Godrevy. (Mines, quarries, metals, ores, manganese, clay, marle, stone, slate and other

- Minerals reserved. Also woods, underwoods, trees, saplings. Lives: Ben. Treloar, jun. of (ii) (34) and his dtr. Sally (9). (ii) to pay all rates and taxes including land tax and tithes. Clause about (ii) erecting Smut and Flour machines within 12 months. Clause about painting premises every three years and repairs (except walls of messuage and mills) as in DDX.523/5. Insurance against fire. Re-entry after arrears of 30 dyas etc. or for non-repair to value of £1 after notice of 3 months or non-observance of covenants etc., or (ii) not providing evidence about the two lives etc. Recital that the Revd. Wm. Hockin of Phillack held 2/3 of premises (see no. 5) for residue of a term of 99 yrs. determinable on decease of Mr. Wm. Tremayne and that Hockin had underlet to (ii) for term of 14 yrs. from Michaelmas 1839. If Hockin's term ceased, (i) and wife Loveday Sarah covenanted to make a lease of this 2/3 of the premises, provided Ben. Treloar, jun. and his daughter Sally were living).
