The vegitation in the layby has not been cut this year. The footpath at the side of the layby is full of overgrown bramble, hedges and trees. It is also full of rubbish and is an eyesore as well as a danger to people usi g rh footpath. It has been like this for 5 months. When you get out of your car you get scratched and cut by brambles that have grown right ovwr thw footpath.
