241101 | Have until 22 Nov to express views on Build-outs along Angarrack Lane to assist new 40 house estate PA24/06664

Did you know you have until 22nd November 2024 to express your views about Build-outs by Cormac along Angarrack Lane to assist the development of the new 40 house estate Planning PA24/06664?

Good day.

I wonder if Angarrack residents are aware of the proposed build-outs by Cormac along Angarrack Lane to assist
the development of the new 40 house estate Planning PA24/06664. The Cormac road reference no. is Infra23-176
Cormac telephone 01872 327 250.
There is considerable disquiet about the development in general and the access in particular. Cornwall Council
are claiming ownership of the entire road upto Horsepool which is bitterly disputed by many residents.
Developers Treveth are advertising the site with access to the shopping at Loggans which means an extra 80
or so cars using Angarrack Lane on a daily basis. All this in addition to the new Hayle housing.

Cormac say we have until Nov 22 to object but sooner the better.

If you
need full details of the proposal contact needs to be made with Cormac but the Facebook site for the general plan is
