The funeral of a mother and her six year old son who were tragically killed in crash on the A38 is being held today. Laura, 32, was travelling to visit family in Looe with her two sons, Alfie and Tommy, when they were involved in a collision near Landrake last month. Both Laura and Alfie died at the scene. Police have launched an investigation after a woman in her 40s was found dead in a flat. Officers say the woman's death is being treated a s unexplained after they were called at 8.30am this morning. Five people have been injured after being involved in a nighttime collision in a small Cornish village.
