Plymouth City Council has apologised for an error which saw an entire ward's votes missed out of the election count.
Labour councillors have already called for an independent investigation into claims that the 6,599 Efford and Lipson ward votes were not counted in the final figure for Plymouth Sutton and Devonport.
While the loss of the votes does not affect the outcome – which saw Labour's Luke Pollard take the seat from the Conservative's Oliver Colvile – it does represent yet...

Cyber cops are warning people to increase their online security measures after a firm was hacked and their customers' card information stolen.

Britain's oldest heroin dealer was caught red-handed by police at the age of 81 – with drugs stashed in his crutch.
Granddad Albert Maycock was supplying the drug to a member of his family in Plymouth, a court heard.

A Bodmin-based firm as issued an urgent safety alert after one of its Royal Cornwall Show goodie bags contained an item which could be a fire risk.
The white USB car charger was inside goodie bags distributed at the event by Sekoya Specialist Employment Services.
But the firm has now issued an urgent recall for the item after it received reports that one of them was "smoking and melting", leading to concerns of a fire risk.
