Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL), which
operates most of Conrwall's leisure centres, has launched a campaign to recruit older people to help tackle the national shortage of lifeguards.
The organisation says that around a fifth of lifeguarding posts are unfilled and to plug the gap they are looking towards people who aren't necessarily in their first flush of youth.
