Man trapped against bridge wall by his own car after St Erme...
A crash early this morning left a man pinned against a bridge by his own car.
Seventeen firefighters rushed to an incident near St Erme, Truro, where the man was trapped between the car and a bridge wall.
Teams from Truro and Perranporth and the Rescue Tender from Tolvaddon used crash rescue equipment to release him.
Once free the casualty was left in the care of ambulance crew.

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of drug dealing after they were stopped by police on the A30. A search by armed officers found that the car was full of drugs including cocaine.A vehicle, which was believed to be heading into Newquay, was stopped on the A30 at Roche. Walls and roof of house suddenly collapse at Egloshayle near...
Part of a house has suddenly collapsed in a Cornish village. Two walls, a chimney and part of the roof came tumbling down at the cottage at Egloshayle near Wadebridge at about 7am.
Locals said the cob home, which was believed to be about 300 years old, was sold last year and nobody has lived in it since. The previous owners were said to have lived there for about 30 years.

Police need your help to find missing Phillip Bray from...
Police are appealing for help to find a missing man who they believe may be in Cornwall. Derbyshire police said that Phillip Bray has not been seen for five days and may be in the Leicestershire area or could have travelled to Cornwall.
They are asking people to share this appeal on Facebook to try to locate him.
Mr Bray, 46, was last seen by a member of his family at his home in Millford, Derbyshire, on Tuesday (May 2) at 1.30pm. He is 5ft 11in with dark brown short hair.

A mum from Cornwall who was badly injured when a shop sign fell on her and her son in strong winds is in line for a High Court damages payout which could top £200,000.
Petula Chapman, 61, was knocked unconscious and fractured bones all over her body when she was struck by the sign in May 2014. She had been in the Euronics Store in Penarth, south Wales, when the large store front hoarding came free.
