It's official, popular BBC series The One Show have returned to Cornwall for a special live show straight from the beach in Perranporth tonight and they are bringing two very special guests to the town.
Cornwall favourite, the Doc (Martin) himself, Martin Clunes, will be on hand during the show to chat about his time filming in Cornwall.
The actor has recently been in the county filming for the eight series of Doc Martin.

Marks and Spencer food store and new BP garage opens its doors in...
Upmarket retailer Marks & Spencer has officially opened its new food outlet in Cornwall, creating 20 jobs.
The store is part of a new BP garage at Tregoning, Wadebridge's only petrol station, which is located on West Hill. The previous deal with Shell has now ended and BP has also included a small M&S food outlet on the site.
The fuel station has been closed since February 26 to enable the conversion work to take place.

A major search operation has been launched and a police drone has been deployed to find a 17-year-old who has been missing since Sunday.
Finnian Layland-Stratfield, from Camelford, was last seen between 5pm and 5.30pm on Saturday by a walker on the cliffs above Hole Beach in Tintagel. A developer has resubmitted plans for more than 200 new homes in the town after its controversial original proposals were thrown out last year.
Chaddlewood Investment Ltd is seeking approval for residential development on land at Trevarner Farm, on the outskirts of the east of town, between Egloshayle and the main A389 road.

Cheeki Rafiki manslaughter trial jury retires to consider verdict
The jury has retired in the trial of a yachting company boss who is accused of the manslaughter of the four crew of the Cheeki Rafiki who were lost at sea when it capsized mid-Atlantic.
The yacht lost its keel as the crew, including a sailor from Torpoint, were returning the 40ft yacht from Antigua to the UK in May 2014 when it got into trouble more than 700 miles from Nova Scotia.

Two young girls who got caught in a rip current off Whitsand Bay and were close to drowning were rescued by the RNLI off the south east Cornwall coast.

St Austell Police have released a description of a man believed to have shoplifted washing detergent from a shop in Par.
The theft happened today (July 11) at around midday.

Police say a boy who was injured in a crash on the A38 which killed his mother and big brother is getting better.
In total three people died and nine injured in the crash, which happened near Landrake at about 11.15am on Sunday morning.
