One man diedAt approximately 12.18pm on Sunday 7 April Police were called to reports of a single vehicle road traffic collision in Millbank Meadow, Leedstown near Hayle. Emergency services attended and despite the best efforts of emergency service personnel the only occupant of the vehicle, a local male, in his 50s, could sadly not be saved and was declared deceased at the scene. Officers from Devon and Cornwall Alliance Roads Policing Team along with specialist collision investigators attended the scene and are investigating the circumstances of this collision. Any witnesses to the collision are asked to ring 101 and quote incident number 362 of 7 April. |
